Why Are Some Opportunities Listed as Confidential?
Updated
Some hiring companies need to conduct confidential searches. Historically, a role's confidentiality has made it undesirable for hiring companies to share the role externally. However, we wanted to ensure our members still had access to these opportunities so we gave our clients the option to post a role confidentially.
For these types of roles, we anonymize information on their listing page. However, you are still able to see certain details such as the specific industry and role. If you think that the role might be a good fit for you, you can click “Reveal Request” to request more information about the opportunity.
If you are a fit for the role, you will get a notification that the confidential details are revealed to you, at which point you can express interest in the role. Otherwise, you will receive an email saying the recruiting team does not see a fit, and you will be unable to express interest for that role.
