How do I see executives that are interested in my opportunities?
When you click on an opportunity card, you can view executives who have expressed interest in an opportunity.
What happens when an executive expresses interest and is matched?
A recruiter chooses to match with an executive by selecting the "match" button on the member's profile. Once done, executives are automatically notified via email that they have been matched and can expect to hear from someone at the organization. Executives' contact information is revealed to the recruiter.
If an executive makes a reveal request, as a recruiter, you can grant or deny access to reveal the confidential opportunity information. The executive is then notified via email they have been granted access. From here, they can choose to express interest in the opportunity.
What do I do after I've "matched" with an executive?
As a recruiter user, once you have matched with an executive and can access the executive's contact information, you can then contact the executive about the next steps that need to be taken in the application process.
What happens when an executive is declined/rejected?
An email will be sent directly to the executive with an update that they did not match for that opportunity. If they click on the opportunity link, the status is updated to "Not Matched". If the executive tries to search for the opportunity, they will not see it in the opportunity index table. As a recruiter, when you "Deny Access" (confidential opportunity) or "Reject" (non-confidential opportunity), you will have to include a reason for taking that action. AboveBoard is committed to transparency for all executive on the platform.
If a recruiter mistakenly rejects an executive and wants to take another action on them, they can contact AboveBoard's admin team for assistance.
How do roles and permissions work in Recruiter Access?
If you are a part of the recruitment team for an opportunity, it will be visible on your opportunities page index. If you're not seeing an opportunity you think you should, please reach out to our team.
How does AboveBoard ensure confidentiality of searches/roles?
We have a confidential messaging attached to all opportunities, in the recruiter view and executive view. Executives are not able to copy and paste opportunity information. Executives also receive in-platform notifications reminding them of their confidential access to the opportunities.
